MINDFULNESS courses FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 14yrs - 19yrs Mindfulness for Young People can be a fun and interesting way for our children to learn to relax and deal with life's ups and downs. Mindfulness can help with anxiety, sleep difficulties, stress, self harm and mood regulation. Groups for young people: Minimum 5 students aged 14-19yrs. £120 per student for the 9 week course . Tom Bedford graduated as an Osteopath from the European School of Osteopathy in 1998 with a first class degree in Osteopathy. He has worked in East Oxford for the last fifteen years and has a wide range of experience of treating adults and children. Tom is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and as such practises as a Registered Osteopath. In September 2013 Tom became an Assessment of Clinical Performance Assessor for the General Osteopathic Council, a role that involves assessing Osteopaths who wish to join the UK Register of Osteopaths. Tom was a clinic tutor on the Oxford Brookes Osteopathy degree course for 10 years from 2003 and is Chairperson and co-founder of the Oxford Osteopathy Network, the regional group of Osteopaths in Oxfordshire. He has experience of teaching Osteopathic technique to undergraduate and postgraduate students in the UK and in Europe and is registered with AXA PPP, Aviva (Norwich Union) and Medisure insurance companies. Tom Bedford is married with two children. |
