MINDFULNESS courses FOR YOUNG PEOPLE 14yrs - 19yrs
Mindfulness for Young People can be a fun and interesting way for our children to learn to relax and deal with life's ups and downs. Mindfulness can help with anxiety, sleep difficulties, stress, self harm and mood regulation.
Groups for young people: Minimum 5 students aged 14-19yrs. £120 per student for the 9 week course .
Video, Powerpoint, Chocolate and lying down meditation! Suitable for quiet contemplative young people who are looking for somewhere they will be accepted for who they are. No expectations, other than to stay in your own bubble and try out some breathing and meditation techniques
